A Yogi is someone who delights in taking a vacation from the stress and anxieties of the ‘world’ to joyfully with bare feet and a clear head step into the land of blissful abandon, swimming in delightful speech and playful movement. Please come to your senses and join us for a wild transformational weekend guaranteed to heal, rejuvenate and increase your commitment to the adventure, which is your Life.

Sharon, David and Shyamdas will guide us through the inner and outer forests, fields and lakes of Menla the holy medicine land high in the Mountains. Come prepared for yoga asanas, hiking, swimming, meditation, pranayama, singing, and dancing; all will be offered as nourishing food to heal your body cleanse your mind and caress your heart. For all levels: Everyone is welcome. The only prerequisite is a sense of adventure.

Sharon Gannon and David Life are the creators of the Jivamukti Yoga Method, which is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings. They have been recognized as innovators in Yoga by Yoga Journal and TIME magazine. They are pioneers in teaching yoga as spiritual activism/activation. The Jivamukti Yoga method emphasizes Vinyasa, scriptural study, devotion, prayer, music, chanting and meditation as well as animal rights, veganism, environmentalism and political activism. Shyamdas, well-known devotional practitioner, author, and musician, presents Bhakti Yoga programs that combine ecstatic kirtan singing with stories and teachings from the path of devotion. He speaks from his background as a Vedic scholar and Sanskrit translator to share the philosophy of non-dual reality. He has written and translated more than 20 books on Bhakti Yoga and the Path of Grace. Shyamdas specializes in classical Dhrupada music and the mystic poets of North India and is a recognized speaker in the West as well as in India. Room in Private House with twin beds and twin bunks. Beds in Private Houses are on a first come first serve basis. We cannot assign beds on registration. $195 (per person)
